Description

Secretary to Supervisor of Clinical Support for IBHS/ABA/MHP/MHW and Related Services

JOB GOAL:  To perform all secretarial functions necessary to assist the Supervisor of Clinical Support for IBHS/ABA/MHP/MHW and Related Services and the Director of Resolve Behavioral Health Services in the management of programs; ensure effective and efficient office operations; be an integral part of the IU vision and mission.

                                                                       

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1. IBHS/ABA

Manage report collection, typing, and distribution; prepare correspondence; maintain file systems; schedule appointments and interviews; manage Electronic Medical Records system including scanning in and attaching logs, establishing new clients within the system, and maintaining accurate internal caregiver lists on an ongoing basis. Also responsible for the establishment and maintenance of staff user names and passwords, log in receipt of timesheets each pay period, and distribute to appropriate staff; enter hours and maintain spreadsheet; participate in the coordination of in-service trainings (staff development); process records releases; prepare statistical data; manage Orientation Day process.

 

2. MHP/MHW Services

Provide support to MHP/MHW Programs including all relevant phone calls, correspondence, supervision/meeting development schedules, and program training and professional development responsibilities.

 

3. Departmental Responsibilities

Process meeting notes; manage files; provide collaborative efforts among staff and clients; provide backup coverage.

 

 

 

OTHER MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Perform other job functions as directed by Supervisor of Clinical Support for IBHS/ABA/MHP/MHW and Related Services
