*It is highly recommended for applicants to hold a master's degree and valid license from the LBESPA in the area of speech-language pathology.

The primary responsibility of the speech-language therapist position is to assess, diagnose, prevent, and treat speech and language skills, promote social communication, and cognitive-communication disorders in children at an individual school site.
