| 2025-2026 Elementary Master Teacher Position The primary role of the Master Teacher is to support the principal in guiding the instructional leadership team to analyze student data; identify student learning goals; assist in developing the school's academic achievement plan; assist with the schools assessment plan; monitor goal setting, activities, classroom follow-up; planning and leading school-based PLC meetings; and evaluate teachers during their instructional practice time. *Applicants must hold a conferred bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a conferred master's degree is preferred.
*It is highly recommended for applicants to hold a valid Louisiana Teaching Certificate in the areas for which they are applying.
*Be sure to have an updated résumé and letter of interest to upload when submitting your application.
*Completed application will remain on file for one year from the date of the application. It must be renewed if further consideration is desired.
