Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled painter with general maintenance experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to a variety of structures, as well as performing basic maintenance and repair tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Apply paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match paint colors as needed to achieve desired results
- Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks, such as fixing leaks, replacing light fixtures, and repairing drywall
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment as needed
