|
GIRLS HEAD SOFTBALL COACH: Timpview High School is now accepting applications for a Head Softball Coach.
- Preferred 3-5 years of softball coaching experience and the completion of the NFHS Coaching Fundamentals Credential.
- The head coach is expected to run a comprehensive program from varsity to freshmen teams including year-round player/team development, and is expected to help develop youth programs from entry-level to pre-high school.
- The head coach is expected to oversee and be in the details of year-round practice game schedules, daily practice planning, game strategizing, pre-season/in-season/post-season schedules, player development, roster management, and hiring and management of assistant coaches.
- The head coach is expected to oversee equipment maintenance, purchasing according to district guidelines, managing program budget, and fee schedules, supervision of travel, meeting on a regular basis with the athletic director, fostering community support, building relationships with youth developmental programs, and providing a positive learning environment and positive example for our high school players, the head coach is expected to organize fundraisers for their program as needed.
