Timpview is now accepting applications for an Assistant Athletic Director:
We are seeking an individual to work alongside the Athletic Director.
Preferred 2-3 years of high school activities experience as a coach or participant
Expected to assist with game day facility preparation, scheduling facilities for all teams
and groups, game management supervisor which includes handling money, program
budget preparation and assist in identifying program needs, recommendations of
expenditures and program needs, practice, and game supervision, travel
accommodations, working with students to finalize requirements to participate, social
media posts, equipment, and uniform inventory, game day staff assignments,
communication with coaches, communication with team moms, and anything else
associated with the Athletic Department.
Attends work regularly to fulfill duties specific to the assignment to provide quality
experiences for the student, parent, and community.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of the job.
Expected to have the required skills to perform multiple tasks with the need to
occasionally upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions.
Expected to be proficient in Word, Excel, and Google Drive: Docs, Spreadsheet, Forms,
etc.
Expected to follow all Provo City School district and UHSAA policies and guidelines.
This is a 29-hour-a-week position, hours are flexible with evening game expectations. |
