Job Description:

The choreographer will be in charge of designing, teaching, and overseeing all dance and movement routines for our theater productions. This role requires an understanding of various dance styles, the ability to work collaboratively with students of varying skill levels, and a passion for the arts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the director and other production staff to understand the vision and requirements of each production.
• Design original choreography that aligns with the themes and characters of the productions.
• Teach choreography to students, ensuring that all cast members are confident in their steps.
• Conduct rehearsals, providing constructive feedback and support to help students improve.
• Coordinate with the director about costumes, props, and set to ensure choreography is cohesive with the overall production design.
• Attend scheduled rehearsal and tech runs to provide on-the-spot guidance and adjustments as needed.
