Provo High School is seeking four passionate and dedicated Assistant Football Coaches to join our dynamic coaching staff. We are looking for high-energy individuals who are committed to mentoring and developing young men both on and off the field. Our program emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and excellence, and we are excited to welcome coaches who share our vision.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement position-specific drills and training sessions.
• Mentor and guide student-athletes, fostering their growth in football skills and personal development.
• Collaborate with the Head Coach and other coaching staff to create effective game strategies.
• Provide constructive feedback to players during practices and games.
• Monitor and assess players' performance, ensuring progress and addressing areas for improvement.
• Uphold the values and standards of Provo High School and its athletic program.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of coaching experience at the high school level.
• Strong knowledge of football techniques, rules, and strategies relevant to the specific coaching position.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for mentoring young athletes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the coaching staff and school administration.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
