Description |
|
|
This position is part of the Provo High School Boys Volleyball Program. You will be assigned to work primarily with the Freshmen/Sophomore team, but will also assist with the JV and Varsity teams. You will be expected to perform other responsibilities as designated by the head coach including, but not limited to data tracking, video analysis, practice planning, and activity planning. You will be expected to attend every practice, game, tournament and team function (activities, banquets, service projects, camps, parent meeting). The season begins on February 24th and goes until the middle of May. Practices will run from 4:30-6:30 every day and on game days you would need to be available from 3:00-8:30 (games are typically T/Th but this year include one Monday game and one Friday game). You would also be expected to attend the three all-day Saturday tournaments we participate in as a team. Before being hired you must complete all required trainings (Safe Schools, Register my Athlete). We do not swear or use inappropriate language and do not tolerate it from our players or staff. We do not yell, scream or demean our players and we maintain positive, healthy relationships with our players, their parents, the referees, the opponents, and everybody else we interact with.
