Description |
|
|
One position will have a focus on overseeing the wellness room. Will work with kids who use the wellness room because of needs for brain breaks, connection time, and behavioral rewards. This position will also work with students and teachers on behavior plans, and daily check-ins.
One position will have a focus on overseeing the Reflection Room. When students have had behavioral concerns (e.g. unsafe, disruptive, etc...) they will come to this room to reflect on their decisions, and discuss future choices. This person will often contact parents, and will also do check and connect, attendance follow up, and possibly help in the wellness room. |
