Description |

Music Director – High School Drama Department
Time Commitment: Approximately 100 hours per year (50 hours per production)
Job Summary:
The Music Director provides musical leadership for the fall and spring theater productions, collaborating with the director and cast to ensure strong vocal performances and musical execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach and rehearse vocal music with the cast, including solos, duets, and ensemble numbers.

Assist with auditions and casting, providing input on vocal range and ability.

Coordinate and lead music rehearsals, working closely with the director, and choreographer.

Attend tech rehearsals to provide musical direction and ensure vocal quality and timing.
