BOYS SOCCER COACH: Timpview High School is seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and dedicated Head Boys Soccer Coach to lead our boys soccer program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a commitment to student-athlete development, and the ability to build a competitive program that reflects the values and traditions of Timpview High School.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and oversee all aspects of the boys soccer program.

• Plan and conduct effective practices, conditioning sessions, and team activities.

• Develop student-athletes’ soccer skills, tactical knowledge, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive team culture.

• Promote academic achievement, accountability, discipline, and personal growth.

• Select and supervise assistant coaches and collaborate with the athletic department.

• Manage game preparation, scheduling coordination, equipment, and team logistics.

• Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, school administration, and coaching staff.

• Ensure compliance with Utah High School Activities Association (UHSAA), district, and school policies.

• Serve as a positive role model and representative of Timpview High School.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals, strategy, and player development.

• Previous coaching experience preferred.

• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate student-athletes and build a cohesive team.

• Commitment to the academic, athletic, and personal success of students.

• Ability to meet all district hiring requirements and complete required coaching certifications and trainings.
